My work rests upon a deep respect for children. Blending my special education background with my training in attachment and psychodynamic theories, I am able to provide a unique understanding of a child’s developmental struggles, themes and conflicts.
My work with children is integrative, pragmatic and collaborative. I use a consultation model, supporting parents and teachers to implement behavioral strategies and positive discipline principles.

Having worked in middle schools and high schools, I have a deep passion for working with adolescents and young adults. For many years, I served as a GSA advisor, advocating for LGBTQ-affirmative curriculum in schools. I take great joy in helping students navigate the complexities of identity, relationships, and their aspirations for the future.
